What happens if I am out?
CityLink Courier orders placed by 4:00pm and Royal Mail orders placed by 3:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched to our delivery partners the same day. When placing your order, you can select one of the delivery options below:
1) Express Delivery via CityLink Courier - £5.95 (Orders placed before 4:00pm). Express Delivery charges to Non-UK addresses vary. (Please click here). Express delivery is not available on orders for delivery to Continental Europe.
2) 5 Working Days via Royal Mail 2nd Class non-tracked - £3.25. FREE on orders over £20* (exclusions apply, please see individual product details). Free Delivery option is not available on orders for delivery to Continental Europe.
3) Saturday Delivery via Royal Mail tracked - £9.95 (Orders placed before 3:00pm on Friday). Saturday Delivery is not available on orders for delivery to Continental Europe.

Our Click and Collect system is very simple to use; simply follow the instructions below and collect your order within 48 hours from one of our stores.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00pm for products marked as "Item in Stock" will be delivered next working day to UK Mainland addresses (various post codes excluded are listed below).
Some products will specify a longer delivery time in the product description. For example, if a product is marked as "Item Available, Allow 7 working days for dispatch", the item will be delivered the next working day after it has been received in our warehouse. All "personalised gifts" will automatically be sent via Express Delivery (please click here)
Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be received within two working days (Tuesday). Orders placed on bank holiday Monday will also be received within two working days (Wednesday). Sunday deliveries are not currently available.

If you select Saturday delivery on Monday to Friday before 3:00pm for products marked as "Item in Stock", your order will be delivered on the following Saturday via Royal Mail between 9am and 5:30pm. A signature will be required.
Please note some products also specify a longer delivery time in the product description and may not be available for Saturday delivery.
We do not partially ship any orders apart from personalised gifts. All orders are dispatched once all items are available and in stock.
Orders placed via CityLink couriers and Royal Mail Tracked, can be fully tracked online.
Instructions on how to track your order will be included in an email that we send you once the order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately orders placed via Royal Mail 2nd Class cannot be tracked. We would advise you to check with your local Royal Mail sorting office and neighbours before contacting our Customer Service team for assistance.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Isle of Man - £9.95
Delivery is within 3 working days for products marked "Item in Stock" at time of order. We are unable to offer next working day delivery service to these areas. Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey) - £14.95

Products that require personalisation will be sent via Express Delivery. If a personalised item is among other non-personalised products within an order, the delivery option will automatically default to the Express Delivery, with the personalised product dispatched separately from the rest of the order.

Our delivery options are subject to the product(s) that you ordered being available and us taking successful payment.
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier Citylink or Royal Mail is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control, for example – extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle.

Don’t worry, if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.
All items delivered by UPS, Citylink and Royal Mail (tracked) will need to be signed for. We regret we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order beyond the delivery window of 9:00am to 5:30pm.
However, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order.
