Catchphrase Board Game

Here’s a party game the whole family can play. Based on the famous ITV gameshow, Catchphrase is compulsive game. All you have to do is find the hidden catchphrase from a colourful mixture of clues, which practically jump out at you. Ideal for ages eight years and above it can be played by two people or teams.

The game pack consists of four sets of cards and a timer. The packs are made up of groups of six double-sided cards. The face sides are numbered 1–60 and are complete catchphrase images. The reverse sides are part of a bigger image made up of the six cards. The reverse of the card is revealed on the playing board when a person or team guess the face catchphrase correctly.

The aim of the game is to guess the most catchphrases, thus gaining the highest score. Each time the reverse of a card is revealed, the players have to guess the catchphrase of the larger image within the allotted time (timer included).

Great way to get the old grey matter working quickly after that long Sunday lunch. Makes a brilliant alternative to the traditional charades at Christmas family gatherings
