Sparkling Pinot Grigio Rosé

This was my first experience of buying from this website and the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review, but I was so impressed with the service that I thought it was important to let other customers know. This is a review for 2 items I bought at the same time, a bottle of real ale and a bottle of sparkling Pinot Grigio Rosé, both personalised. I was very apprehensive at having bottles of alcohol delivered in the post / by courier because of the risk of breakage but the bottles were so thoroughly well packed that the risk was completely minimised and I was very pleased (and relieved!) to receive both bottles, in the same package, totally intact. The delivery was exceptionally quick, considering the items had to be personalised, and as we were not in to take delivery, I was very pleased with the innovative and safe place that the courier left the package for us, and the lengths he went to to make sure we knew where the package was – excellent service. The bottles look very nice and the personalisation is excellent, worth paying the little extra to have the gift box personalised too, very nice touch. Very good too that the items were bulked together, incurring and only one delivery cost as I bought them at the same time online. I have yet to give the bottles to the recipients for birthdays next month so I don’t know how the real ale or the Rosé will taste but if the presentation is anything to go by I am sure it will be of a high standard. Very good website, very nice gifts, and overall an excellent experience of buying from this website, I shall be back!
