Menkind Christmas Returns Policy

If you are buying Christmas presents but are concerned about returning any unwanted item(s) - don’t worry! Menkind is offering an extended returns policy over the Christmas period. Any items purchased during December can be returned up until 14th January 2012.  If you purchase items after the 14th December, the standard 30 day money back guarantee applies.

• Returned items must be in their original state complete with packaging and all components.

• Please ensure that all items are packaged carefully so that they are not damaged in transit.

• We suggest returning higher value items via recorded delivery.

Personalised products and engraved products are excluded from this returns policy and cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Please see the individual product for details. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Money Back Guarantee

Menkind offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please contact us and we will provide you with details of how to return your product.

• All products must be returned in their original state complete with packaging and all components.
• Please ensure all products are not damaged on their return journey. On some occasions we may suggest that higher valued items such as watches and technology be returned via recorded delivery.
• Once we have been informed of your intention to return a product, we will refund your credit/charge card (used to place the original order), Paypal or Google Checkout account within 30 days of cancellation.
• The original delivery charge will only be refunded if the order is cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period.
• Personalised products and engraved products are excluded from this returns policy and cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Please see the individual product for details. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations
Where products are in stock, we normally dispatch orders within 24 hours. Where you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with details of your order number. If the items have not already been sent, then we will cancel the order and issue a refund, confirming our action via e-mail. However, if the items have already been sent out, then we will e-mail you confirmation of the dispatch date and you will need to wait until receipt of the goods back to us before a refund can be processed.

Damages
If for any reason your product does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement.

Faulty Items
We guarantee that all of our products are of merchantable quality in accordance with your statutory rights. If an item develops a fault or defect, please contact us with details of the problem quoting your order number and we will advise you of the action to take.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

90 Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

If an item is returned to a Menkind store unused, in pristine condition and with proof of purchase:

• Within 90 days of purchase (limited to 30 days for watches, fine jewellery and tech gadgets) we will be pleased to offer an exchange.
• Within 14 days of purchase we will be pleased to offer a full refund.

Excludes gift experiences, personalised gifts and consumable items.
