We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with any goods received, you have the right to return the goods under the terms of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Should you wish to return an item, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in a sellable condition, complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will be returned to you. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 7 days of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory Cancellation Rights under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000. Under these Regulations, you are entitled to cancel a contract within 14 days after the day on which you received the product(s) and return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price and delivery charge. Returned items must be unused, with all components and in their original packaging. To advise us that you wish to return an item under these Regulations please contact us via the contact us page or use the model cancellation form.
In all cases a £3.99 return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, your right to return Products does NOT apply to Personalised Gifts.
- Please complete the return form in your parcel.
- Enclose the form inside your parcel, package the item carefully to avoid damage during transit and affix the pre-printed Collect+ label on your parcel.
- Visit www.collectplus.co.uk/storefinder and find your nearest Collect+ store. Take the parcel to your chosen local outlet.
- Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund within 7 days.
We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit back to us. All returned items must be sent back to us using the Collect+ service from UK mainland addresses, or the alternative service indicated on your dispatch note.
If your order is more than 30 days old, or you have received a faulty, incorrect or damaged item, please contact customer services immediately via the contact us page on our website.
In Store Returns

Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels via local shops trusted by thousands of busy people every day. There are over 5500 Collect+ stores throughout the UK and most are open from early in the morning until late, 7 days a week.
If you have mislaid your dispatch note, please email customer services via our contact us page and we will provide a replacement Collect+ label.
Over Christmas we extend our standard refund policy as we know many items are being given as gifts. Items purchased between 1st November and 11th December 2015 can be returned up to 10th January 2016.
Within 90 days of purchase we will be pleased to offer an exchange or a credit via a gift card. For watches, jewellery and tech gadgets the exchange period is limited to 10th January 2016.

- In all cases, items must be returned to Menkind unused, in pristine condition and with proof of purchase. Ask staff for details.
- This policy is in addition to us fulfilling our responsibility to supply goods which meet your consumer rights.
Christmas Pop-Up Stores
If you need to return an item purchased from one of our pop-up stores which has now closed, you can do so at any other Menkind store. Alternatively, please email our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us page on our website and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If, however, your item develops a fault please contact customer services via our contact us page. Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Once inspected by our quality team, any faulty products will be exchanged or a full refund will be processed, inclusive of postage costs.
