This is one of the most original and unique gifts available today; the genuine, legal and affordable opportunity to give someone a Scottish title. Ever dreamed of having a title a bit grander than Mister? Then this is the perfect gift to make people sit up and notice you. When you book a table in a restaurant or check in to a hotel, imagine how much better service would you receive if you were the Laird of Kincavel?

If you have then this gift is a once in a lifetime opportunity to become a Scottish Laird or Lady. The title of Laird means landowner and is commonly accepted as the Scottish equivalent of Lord or Lady. This gift tin entitles the recipient to a square foot of land on the Kincavel Estate on the Ardnarmurchan peninsula in West Scotland, making them the Laird of Kincavel.

The documents have all been drawn up by a Scottish Lawyer to ensure that they are legal and valid and each plot bought will help ensure that this piece of the highlands is preserved in it’s natural state. The beautifully presented gift pack contains a presentation certificate detailing the right to a piece  of the Kincavel Estate, a “Little History of Scotland” hardback book and information about the estate and the local area including maps showing the location of Kincavel. Once the postage paid registration card has been completed and returned a square foot of the estate will be officially transferred into the ownership of the new Laird. He will then be sent a deed of ownership
inscribed with his name and own individual plot number and a detailed map of where the plot is located.

The 'Laird of Kincavel' Gift Pack contains:
