We are committed to providing the best customer service to our customers. Our terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the conduct of the sale of retail goods to our customers. If you have any questions please email us via our contact us page. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect/reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Products
All prices, including delivery charges and personalisation, are inclusive of VAT at UK standard rate. All product images used on this site are only representative of goods on offer, actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions. Following our receiving your order through the system, we will send an automated order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance from Menkind, and as such any typographical or system errors in pricing may still be subject to correction. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will occur on despatch of goods, or collection from one of our stores for Click & Collect orders.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee (in-store and online)
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with any unfaulty goods received, you have the right to return the goods under the terms of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Should you wish to return an unwanted item, please bring it back to us within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in a sellable condition, complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will not be able to be refunded unless they are faulty.
To return any products, please follow the instructions set out in our Returns procedure.
Please note, your right to return Products does NOT apply to personalised gifts, gift experiences and any item containing live spores.
Faulty Items
Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If, however, your item develops a fault Please follow the instructions set out in our Returns procedure. Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Once inspected by our quality team, any faulty products will be exchanged or a full refund will be processed in line with our returns policy, inclusive of postage costs.

Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply).
The service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd. Clearpay is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+ (excluding Channel Islands) with a UK billing address. What is One4All?
One4All is a type of pre-paid payment gift card that can be used across multiple retailers and works like a debit card online and instore!
Please note that you will need the card should you require a refund for any reason so ensure you hang on to it until you are sure you are happy with your purchase, which we are sure you will be!
What If I need to Return My order?
Our usual returns process will apply - however, we can only refund back to the original All4One card. If you have disposed of the card, we can only offer you an exchange or a Menkind Gift Card to the value of your return.

Gift Cards – Terms & Conditions
- Gift cards can be used online or in any Menkind store.
- Gift cards are only to be used by the recipient's email address.
- Unfortunately, our website does NOT accept multiple gift cards on one transaction However, multiple gift cards can be used for a single purchase in any of our stores.
- Payment for the gift card will be charged on purchase not on the date of issue and are valid for 24 months from issue. The value of the gift card is your choice.
- Confirmation of the gift card will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by Menkind. gift cards can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received.
- Unwanted gift cards cannot be returned.
- Items bought using gift can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift card will be refunded and a new gift card will be issued. When a new gift card is issued it will expire on the same date as the original gift card.
- If you spend more than your gift card value you can pay the additional money at checkout, if you spend less than the gift card value you will have a credit balance to use later.
- You may purchase more than one gift card at the same time.
- Menkind will not accept liability of lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
- Menkind reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time and take appropriate action, including cancellation of the gift card if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
- This does not affect your legal rights.

- About the Club
The Pokémon VIP Club is a free membership programme operated by Menkind that provides members with access to selected Pokémon Trading Card releases and related communications.
Menkind reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Club at any time.
- Membership
- Membership is free.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
- Membership applications are subject to approval by Menkind.
- Membership is limited to one account per person.
- Membership is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
- Menkind reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership at any time.
- Access to Releases
- Selected Pokémon Trading Card products may only be available to Pokémon VIP Club members.
- Membership provides access to purchase eligible products but does not guarantee availability.
- Membership does not reserve stock or guarantee the ability to place an order.
- Products are sold on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
- Menkind reserves the right to determine which products are included in the Club.
- Purchase Limits
- Unless otherwise stated, purchases are limited to one unit per product, per member, per household, per release.
- Menkind reserves the right to amend purchase limits at any time.
- Orders placed in breach of purchase limits may be cancelled.
- Fair Use
Menkind reserves the right to cancel orders, remove members from the Club or restrict future purchases where it reasonably believes that:

- Communications
- Members may receive emails relating to product launches, restocks and Club updates.
- Menkind does not guarantee delivery or receipt of any email notification.
- Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate and up to date.
- Failure to receive a notification does not entitle a member to reserved stock, priority access or compensation.
- Product Availability
- Release dates, launch times and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Menkind may delay, amend or cancel releases at any time.
- Stock allocations may be changed by suppliers or licensors.
- Menkind reserves the right to reduce quantities, amend allocations or cancel orders where stock availability changes after orders have been placed.
- Menkind reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where pricing errors, stock discrepancies, overselling, technical issues or other operational errors occur.
- Where an order is cancelled, any payment taken for affected products will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menkind shall not be liable for:
- Product unavailability.
- Website outages or interruptions.
- Failed email delivery.
- Missed purchasing opportunities.
- Delayed or cancelled releases.
- Supplier allocation changes.
- Technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

- Club membership has no cash value.
- Club membership does not create a contractual right to purchase any product.

In order to provide you with the best and easiest online shopping experience possible, we need to gather certain pieces of information from you. Your name and address is required to deliver the products you have ordered.
We ask for your email address when you register on the site and ask you to create a password. You then do not need to re-enter your name and address when you return to the site at a later date.
