Balcony BBQ Voluntary Recall

We have been informed by The London Fire brigade that they advise never to use barbecue on balconies, and have requested that we inform our customers of their recommendation.

If you have purchased the product for this use and wish to return it, we will give you a full refund.

Please download the free postage return form here to return the barbecue to us. Be sure to use your original order number when filling in the returns form. It is highly recommended to keep the proof of postage from the post office just in case the return gets lost in transit back to us.
