Cheese Barbeclette

Make mouth-watering raclette-style melted cheese on the barbecue, completely mess-free. Produced in Holland, home of Gouda, the Barbeclette sits neatly over the barbecue grill. Just add your favourite cheese and watch it bubble as it cooks. It makes the perfect cheesy topping for burgers, roasted vegetables and even some crusty baked bread. Or why not add some mushrooms, onions or other vegetables for a flavoursome twist?

The Barbeclette? comes with a plastic spatula that makes light work of removing the cheese and has a wooden handle that stays cool as you cook and folds into the pan when not in use.
