Hairy Bikers Burger Press and Burger Seasoning

All you need to do is mix 500g of minced lean beef into a mixing bowl, add half an egg (to help bind the meat together), add a teaspoon of the burger seasoning, mix it all together, then spilt into 4 meatballs, and one by one place them into the burger press, press down and make a patty!

Cook the patties on a barbecue, in the oven, under the grill, or in a griddle pan, serve in baps or buns, and enjoy!

Ingredients: Chilli Flakes, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Oregano, Onion, Thyme, Garden, Olive Oil, Flavouring.
