Things to consider: make sure no human hands are visible, upload as high res as you can, make sure there’s contrast between your pet and the background, and it helps to have all of your pet’s paws available rather than just some of them.

For best results, please follow the guidelines below:

• The image selected should be the high resolution, grainy photos may result in a poor end product
• Ensure that the image selected is close-up with the entire head/face clearly visible
• Ensure that the head is 'face on' and not to the side

• The better the quality of the image the better the print
• You are unable to use emojis within the text personalisation
• This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters
• Personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty
• Do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this
• Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised message, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read
