RED5 is now part of Menkind

RED5 and Menkind have been part of the same company for quite some time now, so to make things more convenient for you - our longtime customers - we've combined them into a super website (which is like a supergroup, but with fewer mediocre songs and albums). We still have all the same amazing products and prices, but now they're all in one place!

We've even dedicated part of Menkind exclusively to the RED5 brand, giving an easy peasy starting point for any RED5 customers visiting us for the first time. Check it out!

All of your account information, including personal details and order history, has been transferred to Menkind so all you need to do is login with your existing RED5 username and password and shop like you always have.

Will there still be RED5 stores?

Yes! Our RED5 stores won’t be going anywhere. Find your nearest store here.

Have my login details changed?

No. You can login to Menkind using your RED5 Username (your email address) and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it in the normal way.

What if I already have a Menkind account?

Then login as usual. However, if the account is registered to the same email address as your RED5 account you will only be able to see your Menkind orders. But not to worry! We're happy to discuss any of your previous orders. Just contact us for a chat.

Can I still track my RED5 order?

Yes - all delivery and tracking information will be in your new account.

How do I return something bought from RED5?

Almost exactly the same way as if you'd ordered it from Menkind, except you can now return products to any of our RED5 or Menkind stores regardless of which brand you bought from. The same friendly team as ever will be happy to help you. Check out our Returns & Refunds policy

How do I get in touch with customer services?

Will I be able to see my RED5 order history?

Yes. All of your orders with RED5 will be visible in your new Menkind account.

Will I receive promotional emails from Menkind?

If you were a RED5 subscriber, then yes you will. You can opt out of these on your Menkind account details page or at the bottom of any of our emails.
