CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

 

Peace of Mind Guarantee

We have extended returns Policy for Christmas 2024; items bought from the 1st October until 24th December can be returned up until 25th January 2025. This policy applies to unused and unopened items.

Note: this policy excludes gift experiences, personalised gifts and consumable items

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Any unwanted online orders which are unused, unopened, in pristine condition and with proof of purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase, may be refunded or exchanged (see section 1.2 Online Orders - Unwanted Products).

 

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS

Any unwanted Click & Collect Orders which are unused, unopened, in pristine condition and with proof of purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase, may be refunded online, or refunded or exchanged in store (see section 2.1 Returning Faulty or Unwanted Click & Collect Orders to Store).

If the store you collected your Click & Collect order from has closed, you can return your order to any of our other stores.

 

STORE PURCHASES

Any unwanted online orders which are unused, unopened, in pristine condition and with proof of purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase, may be refunded or exchanged (see section 1.2 Unwanted Products).
