This game latches onto the Close Rick-Counters of the Rick Kind deck-building game. But, unlike the kind of latch-on that you can’t get rid of (and who never has their own money), this game can stand on its own two feet.

It contains brand-new features, like the set of Council cards that you can use to bring voting amongst players into the (Rick-level) equation. There are also Access Tokens that you can use to do general things like gain votes and devalue the currency of the Galactic Federation. Pretty standard Tuesday, really.
