It’s a beautiful model steam train made completely from wooden parts. Piece it together like a jigsaw puzzle (no glue required) and then power it using its rubber band engine!

About the product

Designed for model builders with a bit of experience under their belts, this train model consists of 538 parts and takes about 10 hours to build. Once built it has lifting doors and hatches and an engine that emulates the mechanical block of a real steam locomotive.

You can use a lever to set the mode – choose from forwards, backwards, or idle, which allows the engine to work without the train moving. A full wind of the engine will power the train up to four metres along the included tracks.

How is it powered?

It’s powered by a wind-up rubber band engine.
