This experience is available seven days a week at selected departure times from April to October.
We recommend you book at least 8 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Once you arrive at Ravenglass station, you’ll be shown aboard your train for the day and settle into super-comfortable First Class seating. The train will then depart for the relaxed trip to Dalegarth, travelling through some of the most beautiful countryside in the UK. Once at your destination, you’ll be guided to a dedicated afternoon tea seating area at your reserved time, where the friendly team will serve you a range of delicious treats for your iconic Afternoon Tea. Once you are content, it’s back aboard the train for the leisurely return leg to Ravenglass, the perfect end to a truly memorable Lake District experience.

Dogs are not permitted in this carriage, except for assistance dogs. If you wish to bring a guide dog, please advise the supplier at the time of booking the experience date.
