Returns
It’s really important to us that you’re happy with anything you buy from Menkind so we will accept returns of unwanted (and unused) non-personalised items for up to 30 days from the date you receive the item. The process is simple and all you pay for is the postage costs of returning the goods. Because we know many of our products are purchased as gifts, from 1st November to 24th December we extend our policy so you can exchange anything or receive credit via a gift card up to 25th January in the following year.
