When can I go?
The experience is available Monday to Friday, 11:30 to 18:00 (11.30 to 17.00 during December), depending on your chosen restaurant and subject to availability.
Please note this experience is not available on Key Seasonal Dates. These include Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter Bank Holiday weekend and Father's Day.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

How long will my experience last?
Please allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.
On arrival, you’ll be greeted by a member of the team at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant. You’ll be shown to your prebooked table, where you’ll be served three courses from the seasonal set menu. Each dish is prepared by an experienced chef at the establishment, using only the freshest produce and quality ingredients.
